Returns are available within 14 days from the shipping date. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, whilst size exchanges are complimentary. To initiate the process, send an email to info@malira.com with the order number, reason for return, and photos of the jewellery (top and bottom). Refunds are processed within 15 working days via bank transfer. Jewellery must be intact with its original packaging.
