Duration and Coverage
Malira guarantees all its jewellery for 2 years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and artisanal craftsmanship.
Warranty Conditions
The warranty is valid for:
• Material defects (recycled sterling silver 925, 18k gold plating)
• Italian artisanal craftsmanship defects
• Malfunctions in original closures and mechanisms
Exclusions
The following are excluded from warranty:
• Normal wear resulting from daily use
• Damage caused by improper use, negligence or accidents
• Modifications made by third parties
• Natural silver oxidation

• Purchase receipt or invoice
• Photographs of the defect
